For skin protection: Apply liberally as needed.
For Diaper Rash: Change wet and soiled diapers promptly, cleanse the affected area and allow to dry. Apply liberally with each diaper change, especially at bedtime or at anytime when exposure to soiled diapers , garments, linens, feces or urine may be prolonged.

A) YES! When using any diaper rash cream with cloth diapers, it's a good idea to:
- Use diaper liners to protect the diaper
- Wash diapers with
- Properly loaded machine (i.e. don't overload)
- Use very hot water to dissipate oils and wax buildup
- Use a high quality detergent in sufficient quantity
